SC Department of Social Services handles registration for the Responsible Father’s Registry.

There are currently no direct links on the DSS website to sign up.  The website for online registry is:

https://ssl.sc.gov/DSSFatherRegistry/FatherReg/createaccount.aspx

The DSS website, however,  does have  a form accessible online for removal from the registry and DSS has designated an staff member to manage the listings.
